The warranty period of the product starts by providing the installation service that you will be eligible for under service. You can also register your product online or via customer service line 0312 577 18 18.

Does the warranty cover user errors?

The warranty terms of validity are specified in the relevant section of the product operator manual and warranty sheet.

Where can I purchase spare parts for my product?

You can purchase spare parts for the product from our sales representatives or dealers.

Can I use parts from another model in my own product?

We do not accept any responsibility for a situation that affects the performance of the product after the part is replaced. You can reach our customer service for further information.
